Ugh. Leave it to PC zombies to imitate works of creativity, and poorly at that...
And where is your work of creativity?

Looks like we have a new form of racism and division. Act superior to and dislike a bunch of folk because of what computer they choose to use. They'll be putting a white hooded mask on the Linux penguin before we know it. iKlan.

Ridiculous.

no you're missing the point, PC stands for police constable, he was doing us a favour by blowing the whistle on a new, deeply contraversial branch within the police force which employs zombies to do the work of common, thuggish policemen. I knew the bastards had it in them but never really believed i'd see it in my lifetime.

I say thankyou to Alex for holding all our interests so dear as to risk himself for exposing the fiends. These are cruel and dangerous times my friends. Stand guard.

But like I said before, on the plus side, the fact that they are capable of imitating creativity means there is hope, zombies aren't traditionally disposed to much more than groaning and killing, so this must be a new breed and imitating creativity requires a certain degree of empathy, no matter how small.

Lock your doors, there's trouble ahead.

It also stands for "politicly correct" though I'd probably be better off not mentioning that. oops!

Politically Correct zombies? Jesus the worlds a strange place, I bet they were developed in California. Zombies that say 'have a nice day while they're feasting on your neck........ 8O

I wonder what other kinds there are?

alex, plese tell me you're prepared to go to those lengths because it somehow tickles your sense of humour and not because you really are that much of a sad git?

I thought I'd risk opening this old wound because I have to say, since recently getting an older powerbook I now understand what it is about mac - even though it pales in comparison to the performance of my pc laptop, it feels more like a musical instrument that i want to play while the pc feels like a stark, functional business machine

Incidentally I just found out Powerlogix do an upgrade for pismo 400 and 500mHz PBs to 900mHz and the ram goes up to 1024 so I'm ending up with quite a machine and wouldn't be at all surprised if the PC ends up being more of a mastering/engineering workstation while I do all the creative stuff on the mac - OSX is just so much more appealing!

cheers

I have both a Mac and a Windows computer and I don't hear any difference in sound - and that's all that counts for music.

Macs are for free thinkers pcs are fine though but macs as i said symbolise something untangaible - The X factor.

Choose wisely
This is the single most stupidest comment on the internet. What a way to give yourself a good-guy badge by announcing your supposed superiority because you are a free-thinker!! /sarcasm

If you were a free-thinker dude, you wouldn't even of posted in this topic. You'd acknowledge that its peoples choice to select PC or Mac.

I on the other hand advocate slavery of people like you!!
