MIDI problem with external hardware synth...help me!!

hi there, i'm a new Live user and i've some problem with my Nord Lead!!
the Live MIDI channel don't receive Midi message from my synth but if i try to write handly it work!!

Try going to options / preferences / midi sync and see if the device is there. If it is ensure that the remote option is on. Then in a midi track ensure that the device is listed in the "midi from" drop window. Then click the "in" button next to the "auto" and "off" buttons in the midi track or if you are recording hit the record button at the bottom of the midi track that looks like a little midi icon.

i've done it but there is still the same problem!!

Check all cables are securely / fully inserted

Is your synth set to receive on the correct MIDi channel?

Is there a volume pedal in your midi system set to off?

Try changing the patch number - I have this problem with one external synth - you must change the patch up or down and back to the original patch to hear it playback sometimes.
