Mutliple questions.

I can't seem to get Reaktor 5 to act as a VST in Live 5.

Most Vst's are in the .dll format but I can't seem to find that in the Reaktor 5 folder.

All there is is an exe. And when i put a shortcut to that in the custom vst folder and re-scan it, nothing registers.

I've seen screenshots of it done before so I know it can work but how?

Question #2:

Whenever I turn on the keymap thing and assign a key to something it works fine but when I quit live and turn it back on again. Everything is reset and that key command doesn't exist.

How can I "save" the keymap keys without having to reassign everything whenever lives closes and opens again.

make all your mappings in a fresh empty set. then open the preferences, find the button for 'save template set' and hit that

then that will be the default state when you start live or select to start a new set.

if you want more than one template, then you'll have to save multiple .als sets and open them - you can only have one _template_
