i record a track and the audio only comes out of the right headphone speaker and then i render the track and it only plays out of the right speaker no matter what cd player i use. the beat will come outta both speakers just fine. just the stuff i record with a microphone. what can i do to fix this please help thank you.

you've probably got your recording track's external input set to 1/2, or another stereo pair.
since your microphone is probably monophonic, set it to channel 1 instead, as its only coming into your computer on a single channel anyway.
in the meantime, what you can do with the stereo tracks you have recorded with the microphone... throw in a utility audio device into that audio channel and select either L or R so that it plays back only 1 side of the stereo file.
