How to play midi from Logic to Live (rewire problem)

Is it possible to send midi from logic (7.2) to Live (5.2) through Rewire.
I like to record a miditrack in Logic and let play operator.
Realtime playing with a keyboard in this setup is not a problem it works.

In Logic I created in the environment: new/rewire and insert this in the arrange.
The audio connection and sync are working fine.

Can't send midi from Logic to Live. [/b]

Read the manual or look at the lessons inside live how to rewire.

Hello verschel,

It is not possible to pass MIDI data from a Rewire Master to/from Live as a Rewire slave, without using a third party virtual MIDI port, such as IAC on the Mac.

Live 6 will support MIDI from the Master to the slave though, so in your case it would work. But since Live 6 is not even launched, for now you would have to use the IAC MIDI port.
