mix down or bouncing or combining tracks

Post by Nig » Mon Aug 07, 2006 10:31 pm

I'm an absolute beginner with Ableton. I just acquired Ableton Live Lite 4.1, which is limited to just 4 tracks. Eventually I'll probably purchase a full version. But until I do, I wonder if anyone could tell me if I can mix down or bounce or combine three tracks to the available fourth, thus freeing up more tracks as I record more parts? If so, how do I do this?

Thanks

switch to session view and on the ins and outs you should be able to route the audio out from two of your channels into a third channel.
