Is it possible to ReWire Reason to Live?
I've found alot of stuff about how to rewire Live into Reason, but is it possible to rewire reason into Live? Like, so I can use Live as the controller type thing and just use Reason's synths and drum machine?
The only experience I have with Rewire is running Reason Adapted through Mackie Tracktion, which I liked, but too many things wouldn't work in Tracktion (I use a Mac and they ended up telling me that I'd have to reinstall my entire OS for it to work, plus its not .wav friendly enough, and I'm all about chopping up samples from vinyl yo) so I swithed to Live.
Thanks in advance.

Big brassy hornlines blow you out your shoes
One funky drummer, a Hammond B-3
these are a few of my favorite things...

Reason can't slave anything, he's a selfish music studio and cannot load external apps/vsts, just samples and patches for his instruments.
Rewiring reason to live is easy and easy:
- Open Live
- Open Reason
- Go to Session view and create a MIDI track
- Select reason from the "MIDI To" Selectbox and Select the desired instrument in the box just below it (it should show all reason devices) <- this is for midi sends to reason
- Create a Audio track and in the "Audio From" selectbox choose reason again then the audio outputs used on reason hardware interface, in audio to just below select ext-out or master or whatever you want to route the audio to
- that's it
