If sampler could read rex then i would buy it in a second. would it be hard to implement?

I agree, this would be a great feature (I have spent the last 5 years very carefully cutting up my sample collections in Recycle). But from what I remember seeing posted by Ableton, I don't think this is going to happen anytime soon. I forget why though!

Ableton, please implement rex/rx2 import. It would also be nice to have rex files appear in the browser as folders where you can access, preview and load the single slices.

it did have until about half way through the alpha
it wasnt going to be done in time
keep hassling them and you never know it might make a sub-release!

Rex support even just for sampler would be great.

rex support is missing for me to buy sampler, including individual settings like envelope, tuning and filter for each slice ..

as discussed in forum general, you can export rex file to soundfont, with midi file seperate and convert to sampler, this works for me. what feature are you missing?

screw that, every other softsampler supports the rex format.
I will buy sampler only when it supports REX import. Untill then i will stick with phatmatik pro, and battery 3,

Well, why "just" rex, and rx2 support, and not nn-xt/refil support?
