Do you pay for a specific bandwidth? If so get on the phone for a refund or a speed-boost. that stuff actually does work.

Thanks for the tip... even though calling Verizon is about as fun as a trip to the dentist! I've been planning to move to Brooklyn soon to a neighborhood where my friends have pretty healthy internet service. It's a pretty nerdy thing to look forward to but I can't wait.
