Native Instruments GUI Problem with Live 5.2

Not sure if its been covered..but i have spent 5 days with native instruments trying to figure out this problem only to learn that its simply Live 5.2.......
basically what is happening to me is i can pull in many instances of native instruments plug ins with great success..but as soon as i drag in the same instrument twice the program pauses then crashes..... i reverted to an older version of live (5.0.3) and the problem dissapeared......anyone else ?
so to recap..two of the same N.I plug ins causes a crash and the inability to see the GUI of the plug ins.

The same problem here, but it seems that not only N.I. synths are affected.
I have the same problem with different VST's not only from N.I.

I see that thread points to the Live 6 beta test.

Can we expect a fix for this in Live 5 too?
