cc message changes i think

So i'm sat here wondering how on earth i can map an infinite number of possibilities that Live offers onto the 8 (eight) 6,7,8 knobs on my Ozone, when i begin to think about this guy who can control his artificial arm from an implant in his brain.
So it gets me thinking about the possibilities of a Midi brain implant where you could control all of the parameters in Live by just thinking CC program changes.

The only drawback is where on your body would you plug the Midi out cable?ooooo 8O

Could be a bit embaressing if there are rather sexy members of the audience, and all your knobs get tweaked in the excitement
