I haven't used Ozone (yet), but I've been using some of WaveArts plugs for a while now.

I think the major difference right off the bat is price - Ozone is $200 and includes compression, EQ, reverb and limiting with dithering.

To achieve all that with WaveArts you would need to get the Multi Dynamics, Masterverb and Final plug - and that doesn't include any EQ! So to get an EQ you'd also need their Track Plug (which is excellent in its own right). Basically, you need the entire Power Suite then, which runs $550.

The other big factor IMO is how they'll be used. If you're just looking for a mastering suite, Ozone keeps it all under one hood - clean and simple, and probably easier to tweak rather than jumping back and forth between a bunch of seperate plugs. However, if you're looking for maximum versatility having them seperate is nice. The Multi Dynamics can be used from a single-band compressor up to six bands for example, so you might be more inclined to use it on individual tracks/instruments.

One thing I've noted is that they are big and beautiful - very graphics intensive. My little notebook graphics card sometimes complains when I'm using them in an already big busy project. Not a big deal, but something I've noticed.

HTH!

I prefer Ozone myself, but what are you looking for? Ozone isn't really intended to be used as a track plugin or channel strip, it's to be used on the master. In that role it's quite a good plugin.

For track plugins have a look around, some great stuff out there: URS, Sonalksis, Metric Halo. On the Windows side (soon to be Mac!) the Kjaerhus and Voxengo stuff comes highly rated.
