Give me some of your favorite artists, please?

Hey there!

I've started a radio show @ LSU in Baton Rouge. In the past I've been strictly a drum n bass DJ. Although lately music like Diplo's has really been influencing me, would you give me some suggestions about your favorite electronic music artists? I’ve been searching for new styles of music to play on the show & am kind of struggling to find tracks I like…It might just be my lack of sources. I’ve been on djdownload and beatport, if you can suggest another download place it would also be much appreciated (but I would rather here about the artists you like, although I'm not really into house or techo, but maybe some electronica (especially with vocals).

you probably think I'm picking on you but I'm not - you're actually one of the few newbies who took his lumps and bounced back

anywayz - try a search of " favorite + producers "- there's threads like this all the time

but since music changes by the minute it's fair to ask again again and again

If you dig Diplo you should get the new record by CSS. They rock.

Depeding on who you talk to, this is either all Trip-Hop or Leftfield. I say trip-hop, but thats because I like the word better.

if you liked those check artists out artists on DFA records or Kitsune as well... hot chip, radio 4, who made who.. etc.
