i think its not possible..
ive done everything in the tuturials
even reinstalled reason a few times..
but its not possible to open ableton then reason in that order..
the reason program say "reason engine cannot open.. please reinstall"
but opens fine when I do it first..
is this the verdict.
im sorry if its already been coverd..
will it be fixed?

you must've changed something in your configuration..
Same thing happened to me.
Just do the reinstall and it'll be fine.
It won't even ask you to re enter your serial.

Are you using the universal binary version of Reason? I believe 3.0.5?

i use reason 3.0
i guess I should update..
because i did a reinstall and still nothing..

Make sure you're running ReWire version 1.7, that's the current version that will work with MacIntels.

It's working here just fine for me, although the timing problem with Live in rewire hasn't been fixed in Live 6, unfortunately.
