again?

Post by hungry ghost » Wed Sep 06, 2006 10:32 pm

Sorry guys, I am scouring the manual, (and loving almost every minute of using live) but I need your help again. In the arrangement view is it possible to turn off snap to grid, but still see the grid? The grid disappears when I turn it off. Hmm, I know your minds are full of complex routings and grain delays so sorry to ask such a simple question! I appreciated your responses on the last one.

No, but by narrowing and widening the grid with Cmd-1 and Cmd-2, you can achieve the same effect, especially if you Cmd-1 the grid to a very fine resolution. By putting your thumb on Cmd and middle/index fingers on the 1 and 2, you can get pretty fast at it.

Hope that helps!

Tip: Give your threads descriptive names, and you'll be more likely to get some help.

This is a feature in LIVE6. hehe.

No really, honestly. That sounded insincere. It really is in LIVE6.
