Elektron Machinedrum Live 5.21 midi sync problem

I have the Machinedrum with Operatingsystem 1.31 and Live 5.21
and the M-Audio Ozonic Sound and Midi card...
I cant bring it sync...any one can help?

also, try and describe the sync problem.

- is the clock stable and regular
- is it delayed by a few ms
- are you using pdc
