How about a MIDI effect that does the equivalent of what BeatRepeat does for audio?
A Shuffler of sorts for midi note and control data.

A rack of arps is all you need in Live 6. :D

Care to post an example, hoffman? I'm not in the beta circle yet, but once it opens (and when 6 drops), I'd like to see what you mean - I don't get it, at present.

Beat repeat repeats sounds.
The arp repeats notes. Racks have key scaling, veloctiy scaling. The note length plugin can send notes at synced values...

This will probably be explained in a tutorial soon :wink:
But it's straightforward...
