Upgrading from Live Lite 4 - speedy response appreaciated!!!

Right, i have Ableton Live Lite 4 with a special upgrade offer voucher (with serial). If i was to purchase an upgrade from the Ableton website, say Live 5 (full version for instance) would i need to have Live Lite 4 actually installed? or can i just knock in my serial number and i can download it? This question doesn't apply to the boxed version obviously.

I would really appreaciate a speedy response. Thanks in advance...

You don;t need to have it installed, as long as you have the serial to hand then just input that to the site... Hurry tho, the upgrade offers end today!
