Any predictions?

Sounds like they'll be launching a new movie download service, perhaps with a seamless integration with televisions so that we can download and/or stream bought or rented movies. That's the rumors anyways.

Also, there's some talk of the new iPod being released - hopefully the rumored one of the full screen - corner to corner, touch screen interface, and blue tooth headphones. One can only wish.

I thought Apple was going to be shooting themselves in the foot with all this "Let's watch a movie on a 2 inch screen!!!1!1!" stuff....

But then they go and make "iTunes for your TV" with a little Mac Mini lookin set-top box. Maybe they're not as crazy as I thought....

Been looking around the Apple site and it doesn't seem like they're pimping the TV angle too much...

That's because the product isn't out yet. But the nerds that were watching the announcement today reported that Jobs or whoever announced that said product is coming.

I just configured a 15" Macbook Pro with 2 gig of RAM and Applecare and it comes to $3,248! (and it's not even Core2)

Macs are real purty, but Apple can suck it charging out the ass like that....
