Saw the last half of it at my brother's place last week. It's one of theose films that follows its own sense of time & logic. We were all mesmerized by it & seized with this crazy urge to make music right after.

Agreed. Very inspirational for musicians and artists. Really opened my head and ears to what is possible.

I saw evelyn glennie live last month -- really fantastic and inspirational. She was doing one of her "minimal recitals" where she tries to use as few percussive surfaces as possible. It was really amazing what she can do with very little. Definitely check her out live if you get a chance.
