I think it's cause America's a joke in a lot of ways - and that thing they call the 1st amendment...when used correctly you can stir up a hornets nest, make the world cry or make the world laugh. I'd never heard of the first amendment until I started using LIVE and joined the forum but, from what I hear it's kind of cool.

While South Park is on Hiatus until October I've been watching

THE WIRE (leading up till the 4th season)

Also get "the boondocks" DVD

And non electronic timewasters? Get the boondocks and marvel civil war comics

Those civil war comics kick ass. I was never a big fan of comics. But i love the marvel universe because i grew up with spiderman and the likes...
It's cool to be up to speed on the storyline that will no doubt feature in future marvel movies and cartoons.
