CPU differs in Ableton

Hi all

I'm having trouble with my CPU (again).

I've notived though, for example, that if the CPU is showing as 80% at the top right hand side in Live 5 it is showing as 50 - 60% when i open task manager.

Is this normal?

If not, any suggestions.

BTW, I've done all the usual like defrag my drive etc.
