Live 6 Bug Reporting Snap Shot down today...

Had a genuine crash, but the bug report did not come up on relaunch. Nor could I bring it up with the Snap Shot option under the Help menu. Perhaps it has to do with being on a separate account name on my mac than the one I've set up mail to work with. But really. I think it's just not responding. Although I have not combed the bug reports, I'll mention here that the crash occured when I opened up the free AU instrument Crystal and pressed the hot swap button on it. The Instrument window was open and the session view was playing a midi sequence on the same channel as Crystal. I have not been able to repeat the crash. The same circumstances have smoothed over just fine.
