this is ridiculous

i keep getting a "sorry this serial number is not usable with this version of live" message using my serial number that i got with live5 with the upgrade offer for 6. I cant find a valid serial number for 6 anywhere in my account. and if i try to go through the store it wants me to pay full price again.

im not impressed.

Please contact [email protected] if you do not find the serial number on your account on www.ableton.com. They will help you as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that it is about 4 a.m. (Berlin time) so I have to ask for a bit of patience.

i contacted [email protected] a while ago, is that ok? It said on the support page that they handled inquiries about upgrading.

btw, where is this serial supposed to be anyways?

I am logged in. yet my account shows NO registered serials and Ive been a registered user since version 1. Ive tried registering 4 DIFFERENT versions now
the mac demo and update and the Win demo and update. of course im trying to use my live 5 serial since thats the most recent one i have.
i tried re-registering my live 1 and live 5 serials to the site and of course they both come back with "this serial is already registered" (to me of course). yet they dont show up in my account information. i am beyond pissed at this point.
