i think its great that abletons implemented a key range to each midi
channel,now in real time we can control pitch of a clip by pressing a
key on the keyboard instead of mouse tweaking the transpose.
How bout they take it a stage further and allow each clip slot to have
a setting for velocity; then each slot in a track can play the entire keyboard range without sacrificing midi channels which could then be used on subsequent tracks
see what i`m driving at ????
