Im switching from sx to live6 is there a tool that works like scissors in cubase so i can cut up samples?

Hey there -
Not sure how Scissors works, but drag an audio file into a track in arrangement view, zoom in to a point where you're comfortable, click the line break with the mouse, and then hit ctrl+E (or Apple+E).

Yeah, do it in Arrange view then record it onto another track if you want to use it in session.

Cut up, rearrange and then just consolidate and drag back to session.
