upgrade

This is what i get when im trying to upgrade to LIVE 6.Im already registered.The extension you selected is currently not available for you.

Note: If you want to purchase a Live Upgrade or an Instrument, the Ableton webshop examines your registered license, and returns one or more suitable products. This page gets displayed because there are currently no such products available for you.

However, you may just have to register your version of Live to make the desired product available for you. To do so, follow this link.

yea i think the new way the upgrading works sucks(with the login etc)

when i type in my serial number to upgrade it says my live 5 serial is already registered to an email address (which is one that i havent been able to access since like 3 years ago somehow!? and i dont even know what the password is to get into that login) so apparently this is why ive never been able to download the betas and other stuff, i keep getting messages like 'you cannot do this' bah....so i gotta wait till next week to get them to straighten this out

adhmzaiusz, have you heard anything about this problem - serial registered to old, unaccessible email.

having the same problem here. want to upgrade but ableton are ignoring my requests to change email address my serial is registered to.

maybe their just very busy at the moment.

seems strange that i registered live v2 with old email and have been updating using new email up to v5, but cannot upgrade any further...

look to see if the upgarde is not sitting in your shopping cart, if it is that is what you will get .as you cant buy what your already buying..happend to me....

I just had this very issue. I emailed their support explaining the situation, giving them my old email, new email, and serial # for my product. They updated my info within a day - as much as I bust on the Abes for product development their customer service has always been VERY good in my experience.

I am still waiting for my tracking info..ordered it on sat..should i be worried yet !?
