intel-mac reimboursement!

hello i'm a live 5.2.2 user. i've bought the intel-mac live 5.2.2 update for 39 euros (it is not free like ppc 5.2.2. version) and ableton says that i have the reimboursement of 39 euros when i buy live 6 upgrade.

well today i'm going to buy live 6 and i have add to cart live 6 upgrade from version 5 downlodable (60 euros) with sampler (169 euros but 30 euros bonus if bought with live) when i make the payment i haven't see the reimboursement of 39 euros for the previous update.. than i haven't buy live 6

someone can help me? how to have live 5.2.2 intel-mac reimboursement?

Im not sure but you should email ableton and ask them im sure they will help you out.

hey "gurus-guys" i have obviously sent a mail to ableton.. but the autoreply says that replies takes more than usual.. than i have write this post becouse i want to buy live 6 as soon as possible.. and maybe you have more infos than me

The store does all the calculation based on your registed products. If you have registed the 5.2.2 Intel upgrade then the options in the store would be different to those who only have the 5.2.2 PPC upgrade.

The upgrade for Live 5 PPC users to Live 6 is EUR 99.00, if your's is listed as EUR 60.00 then the discount is already been processed.

Technology is your friend....

There is your answer right there. It is only costing you 60 euros. It is 99 for everybody else!!!! 99 - 60 = 39

Addmitedly, I overlooked that as well, cause it is not very clear why you are getting the discount ... could be special offer open to everybody for example.

But the ableton dudes cleared it up for me via email ... nice chaps, working on a saturday too.

i've supposed that, but i can't see the normal upgrade price becouse i only see the price 60 euros.. o yes i think now that i can see it without login
