WON'T UNLOCK AFTER RE-INSTALL

I have had to uninstall then reinstall L6 to put my presets where they are suppposed to be, but now it won't unlock. My computer freezes. Anyone else have this problem?

I got it to work. I had to cancel the unlock and open Live in Demo Mode. (I checked to see that the presets were there and all is good). Then I quit Live. I opened Live again and unlocked. No freeze up.

do you remember at which stage your computer froze,
e.g. after pressing 'unlock online' ?
