Numerology resources online

Post by premodea » Thu Sep 28, 2006 11:22 pm

Anyone know of any online resources for Five 12's Numerology? I've only found the general yahoo group. I'm looking for discussion groups, patches, and tutorials (in no particular order). Is it me or are these kind of things scarce? Anyregistered users care to share more info aboutt the secret Numerology messageboard/usergroup that you can join after purchasing the software? Is that other group helpful?

The Yahoo group - the one you join after purchasing the software - is mostly used for downloading updates/betas, suggesting new features and clearing your doubts.
The manual covers it all, and, should you need suplementary assistance, James Coker is there for you (as well as other experienced users).

Maybe I'm being blind but I don't see it on the Yahoo forum unless you are referring to another non-public forum?

I'm still waiting to see the screen shots on the public page to make it more official.

Ah, ok, this is not the group 'numer-pub' but one for purchasers of 1.x.

I have been holding off a Numerology purchase for months because of waiting for 2.0, and not wanting to pay for 1 -> 2 upgrade. Guess I'll have to wait a bit longer :(

Thanks for the info though b0unce :D

I havent downloaded the beta yet, its very early beta...and I'm new to numerology so I wouldnt really be sniffing out bugs unless they were glaringly obvious.

I'm running 1.4.3 through rosetta (and its supported to work through rosetta) and its working a treat. Not hosting vsts tho.

theres ALOT of new features planned for two...but I dont think I'm allowed to reveal ?

sorry for being a square on this one. just purchase numerology quick cos its love incarnate =)

hey, let me ask you this. This is actually important, so if you could verify this on the priv-board, that would be awesome.

What will be the minimum requirements to run Numerology 2?
Will the beta be able to run on OS X 10.3.9 on a G5 PPC?

I most certainly am planning on buying Numerology when my student loans come in a couple weeks. I was planning on buying a new MacBook Pro anyways, so getting Numerology is an obvious choice. I actually talked to Jim about why I had to wait. He's been really understanding.

Anyways, it would suck to buy Numerology TODAY, but not be able to mess around with the Beta until I got my new laptop running a more up-to-date OS and machine architecture. Considering Apple's been so slow on the uptake with the new Core 2 Duo chips, who knows when that will happen. However, I hear it's getting closer!
