Can Anyone Help with this Midi Question?

So hear is the deal I have a motif classic that is sending midi to ableton as well as a trigger finger that it also sending midi to ableton. Is there a way to to hook up the midi from the trigger finger to the motif and then also send it to ableton. I would like to play all my midi drums on the trigger finger. I dont like recording on the motif and having to do the drums on the keys. Hope that makes sence.

Check your Motif manual and see if there's a feature for "echo MIDI IN to MIDI OUT", or "MIDI passthru" or something like that. It should be possible; otherwise you might use a MIDI splitter box to split the signal from the trigger finger and send it to both the Motif and Live.

Or just route the Trigger finger into Live and then from Live out to the Motif. Cake!
