Live 6 crashes

Hi

Situation:
Opened a live 5.2 song just to test, after a while i open another live 5.2, i get the conformation window saying to save the old one.
When the other song opens, live 6 disappeared completely.

Have to reboot, and repeat the same as above, again crashes.

Could it be that this has to do with the live 5.2 to 6 lib conversion?

Hi.

I have the same problem. I was going through some old 5.2.2 songs in Live 6, and machine crashed without any warning. I didn't have to restart my mac, but I had to restart Live again. It didn't matter wich song I opened, as long as it was old, it crashed.

The songs I opend only contained Live vst's, because, at the time i made them, none of my vsti's where updated yet.

A bit off topic but everytime live gets executed, i hear a loud click comming from my drive, what is that?

Ok, another one.
After closing a song, i can't execute Live, its hangs on the "initializing audio inputs and outputs" dialog.
Rebooting the pc is the only option.
Never had this with 4 and 5.

Pc = p4 3.0 ghz HT
1 gig ram
Asus p4e800 mobo.
Audio card = rme hammerfall multiface.

Ok, fixed it myself.
Was a freeware plug-in causing this problem.
