EIC - Samplelibrary

Yesterday i've installed the hole EIC Samplelibrary and it tooks ca. 2 hours. well, 14gb is heavy but 2 hours ???
and evrytime i load up the grand piano (instrument racks) it takes 9-10min until i can play it on my keyboard. the cpu usage on my task-manager after loading up the grand piano shows 75% while ableton live shows only 2-3%.
Is anyone else experiencing this kind of problem ???

This is my System:

CPU: Pentium IV 2,4Ghz. Northwood
(L1 Cache:8Kb. L2Cache:512Kb, Socket: PGA 478)

Mainboard: ASUS P4PE / 512Kb

Ram: DDR-Ram 1GB Infineon

HD: Hitachi 120GB (HDS722512VLAT80),
IDE. 3,5 Zoll, 7200 U/MIN - 8,5ms
8 MB Cache - ATA 100

Soundcard: E-MU 1820 M

I've de-fragmanted the Partition where Ableton Live+EIC are installed. The rseult is still the same. I need exactly 9min. to load the grand piano instrument rack. after that, the cpu usage on my task-manager ist still remaining on 60-75% for 5minuntes. This is strange.
