Automatic Clip Color Bug

Does it have anything to do with using a custom template set? (which I do...)

I think that whatever randomizing algo that was used for the auto-assign was inadvertantly turned off, or is buggy.

exact same shit here. this is definitely different than previous versions of live. for some, this might be a good thing that each scene of clips has the same color, for me, it sucks. I'm recording clips of live loops into the first scene, and to have all of my loops be the same color sucks. I've tried turning auto assign clip colors on and off with no change.
