Following all the instructions i loaded ableton live xs version.Upon loading it and loading the demo set which came with the programme i found myself unable to use the preset controls or assign my own controls.
I made sure that i had set live up correctly in the preferences section.What confused me even more was the inability to trigger the samples manually.This is what makes me think there could be a problem with the programme itself.
This is compounded by the fact that i was able to use the x-session controller fine with a demo version 5.0 that I had. I have tried unloading the demo version and attempting to work XS but still it dosnt work.
Anyone able to give me some info on where i am going wrong or what i ned to do?
X-session-works with Live 5 Demo not the Live XS version!
Hrmmm I wonder if that version did not support midi learn.
