upgradeing from 5 to 6 probs

Each time try to upgrade the server tells "me there are no upgrades available for you" I have 5 and want 6...HELP!

you have to buy 6, not upgrade, it's a straight up download, not an upgrade path.

Thanks for reply TD but this is not what I am seeing on the site. IE. I go to " live pricing" page and it offers upgrades from live 5 to 6 for 99 euros. then it tells me I don,t need it ??? when I click on link

the availability of upgrades is dependent on the status of your license (i.e. the web shop is supposedly hip to the details of your user account)

so my guess is that something is awry with your registration information. i think you will need to contact ableton and sort it
