Some missing VST's in live 6

I upgraded to an imac dual recently and Live is not detecting 2 of the only free plugins available at KVR:

-ORCA
-Fineline

Can anyone explain why this may be happenning? the seem to load up fine in my version of Cubase LE.

Also, where can I download Automat by alphakanal? the website that i keep getting pointed to cannot be found. Generator was wicked awesome and i miss it dearly.

Orca doesn't work because Live doesn't support VST 2.3 on intel macs, only VST 2.4. I've not yet seen any post saying why this is. This may be the case with fineline as well.

fineline gave me all sorts of problems, there are a couple of plugs by that same guy that all either don't work or work terribly. though I'm not on intel mac I'm just saying "it don't work here either"
