you need 1 midi cable

master computer - midi out connected to slave computer's midi in

options -> preferences -> midi menu set like this on both:
Master midi sync OUT on
Slave midi sync IN on

on the slave hit the EXT button at the top left of the screen.
hit spacebar on the master to play/stop

works with PCs and Macs, Live 5, Live 6.

if things get wonky just double tap the space bar on the master for a quick stop and reset.

....the point is that i c no results following your advice.
Should i connect the 2 computers with Lan cable?....or just with midi?
The audio from slave? How can i get tha eudio from slave to the masters audio card?
As u can c, im new in Live :o)
Plz help!
Just use a single midi cable, attach each the same way you'd connect any midi device to Live. The master sends out a sync signal on the midi cable, the slave receives that sync signal and follows it <start, stop, follows bpm changes>. With no other devices attached there will only be ONE box checked in the midi prefernces on each computer, the SYNC box, OUT for the master, IN for the slave. The cable is phsically connected to the MIDI OUT port on the master and MIDI IN on the slave.

The same for audio, just run audio from one computer's sound card the same way you'd connect an external sound device. Either computer can be the Master, either computer can be the one to record the whole jam.

It's simpler than you're thinking, play with it a bit, don't have your volume up loud in case you accidentally make a midi or audio loop.
