Sonic Implant 7 foot stereo Piano SF2 won't work in Sampler

Hi.
I have bought this

Imported in Sampler, but I can play only attacks.
It seems that the SF2 import function in Sampler lacks
real convert capabilities. Tried with Vsample3 (you can download it here:
www.maz-sound.com/downloads/vs3/vsampler352.exe ) as suggested by Sonic Implants as the most compatible player and it works, out of the box.
I thought that being partenered with Ableton for the EIC the products from these companies would have worked well. I was wrong. So be careful.
I'm not a sound shape man, I own operator and I like it, but I need libraries too. The Piano sound is realistic and good, but not with Sampler. Probably you can fix it but it will take time. Who needs to buy a library if you have to fix it?

How can I buy Sampler if I cannot use it as I'd like?
You state that Sampler reads AKAI, GigaSampler, Garage Band/ESX and SF2.
Can you comment on the level of compatibility?
