Go to Preferences - Products.
Click on whatever you want to unlock and enter the key.
The rest is pretty straightforward.

Thanks Ron,
it's the lack of a link on the site to enter the challenge code
should have been more precise!!

NP Ian, I struggled to unlock Sampler initially - I had to read the manual as a last resort!

Here's something a bit more comprehensive for unlocking Sampler and EIC when your host computer dosen't connect to the internet:
There really is no specific page for Sampler and EIC. You just need to go to the Live 6 unlock page and enter your serials there. I don't know why the Abes didn't mention this in the manual or anywhere on this site. They just kind of left it up to us to figure it out.
This has obviously frustrated some people into stating that unlocking without internet is a pain- and it was in this instance because there were no clear cut instructions. This is not good for the Abes. Actually, unlocking without internet is a snap if you know what to do.

I've unlocked Sampler fine after purchasing it separately from Live6 but the preset folder hasn't been created. Where abouts is this hiding and how do I populate it?
