Macro display bug when 128 chains may be selected

If you make an instrument rack with 128 chains and
use Macro 1 to select the chain number, the macro
number displayed is not always correct - it could be off-by-one.

Thanks for reporting this bug.
It has now been fixed and the fix should make it into the next bug fix release.
