Installed Midiyoke but never got it to work in Live 5. Anyone figured it out already for Live6?

What else are you using besides midiyoke? MIDIYoke only acts as virtual MIDI cables internal to your PC. It doesn't translate joysticks (of any kind or pleasure) into MIDI.

Try VMIDIJoy or MIDIJoys (google them). Then use MIDIYoke to link that program to Ableton.

oh my god.

An ex of mine actually had one of those and did indeed use it for joy. That was nuts! I mean, you plug the thing into the freakin wall! industrial strength, yo.

anyway, i sometimes use a stupid little usb gamepad for live. But i use a program called USB overdrive to convert it's output to keystrokes. So since usb overdrive does keystroke, it wouldn't be helpful for anything with analog control.

I got the joystick working on my Ozonic. On Grain Delay all you have to do is assign all of the different parameters to the joystick with midi learn.
