missing icon in OS9

hi,
i have a missing icon for the live application is os9 anyone else get this? anyone have an icon i use so i can just change it? right now its just a generic paper icon...

Try to rebuild your desktop, that probably will fix it.

Have you tried to re-build your desctop ? [hold down command+option during start-up]... This procedure normally helps if a mac "looses" icons.
