Korg micro and Kontrol 49 users keep the faith !

i still use Live 5.x.x and didnt upgrade to 6.

anyone could share a Kontrol49 - Live 5.x.x custom map where the Pads would control Simpler?

i cannot make it to work

need to fix this problem ASAP - want to make beats using pads rather than keys ....

Assign the pads to the notes you want them to play.

thanks i just did exactly that:

Opened Kontrol49 editor and edited the pads as follows:

Changed the velocity secitive to a fixed velocity of 100 (personal preference)
Edited Pad 1-8 MIDI channel 1 notes from C4,D4,E4,F4,G4,A4,B4,C5
Pad 8-16 MiDI channel 2 notes from C4,D4,E4,F4,G4,A4,B4,C5

than i've edited keyboard to recieve on MIDI channel 3
to be able to play two instances of Impulse ( all 16 pads) and any other MIDI track (simpler) on the keyaboard all at the same time!
it all worked fine- great!

now trying to figure out how to record all 3 MIDI tracks simultaniously?

I also totally think that they should improve the native mode, so that when you select a different device you don't have to switch scene yourself.

Hi Korg/Live users.

Just got a Kontrol 49 today.

Managed to get the pads to control a drum rack, but still struggling to get the mixer control, or the "blue hand" control with the sliders and rotaries.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
