OS 10.3.2, DP 4 and Live in Rewire mode locking up

Just went trhough the usual upgrade nightmare, from Jaguar to Panther, from DP 4 to DP 4.12 from Live 2.1 to Live 3.02, let me see that's over $400.00...and everything works worst than before. Surprise? No!!!
Why do we do it? I think is the hope for the better, just like we hope for a better world and all we see is stuff blowing up everywhere...Sounds familiar!!!
Anyway, Live in 10.3.2 and DP 4 are not working together for me and I'm just getting tired of dealing with the bugs of upgrading and I JUST WANNA PLAY AND WRITE MUSIC, without all these continuous nightmares.
Anyone shares these same feelings? If so let's organize ourselves and demand better results from these companies. The truth is that we are basicly beta testing all these softwares and systems ...remember Apple frying firewire drives all over the world? Ooops, sorry for the loss of your data!!!
So if anyone has any information about this Rewire problem please post your thoughts here.

What is your config ? I've had a two days test with panther and quickly went back to 10.2.7 as DP, Live and even Reason behaved pretty badly. The big cat was sucking up my cpu power like a vampire ! Back under 10.2.7, everything runs fine (well, almost… compared to that good ol' OS9 stuff). Live and reason in rewire work pretty well.
