Live - How can you do this:

So I've just started using Live (primarily for mixing, my setup is just a Xone:3D) and I have a few questions:

- Live's analysis files: these are always stored where the sound file is stored. Can I choose another directory for them?

- The tracks' waveform display: can you change the play marker to another color? When I just gaze at the waveform (when the track is playing) I have no visual idea of where in the track I am...

- In session view: In each column a track's remaining playtime is displayed. Can this be changed to show the opposite?

Also: I have two TRACKS I want the same effects for. Can someone explain the return setup for this? I've tried, but I only get the effects to work on the song's signal on the mixer output, NOT before it's routed to the mixer track (external). I hope you understood my poor formulation

using a skin might do it, otherwise no

Route Track A and B to track C. Set C to monitor IN and place all your effects on C.
