first midi note stuck when recording on the fly

Anyone noticed that? Let me explain: launch a midi clip in record mode, play one or two bar, with a note on the first step, then click enter or a midi note to relaunch the midi clip (make it play): very often, the first note is missing. it's recorded, and is heard correctly when the loop play again, but not when the loop iis triggered just after the end of recording.
live 6.01, win2000, most of the time, overdub is actived, and I trigger record and launch with enter..

i have noticed this, but generally the first note won't play at all... i have to manually shift it away from the first beat and then back to get it to play.

well, here it typically don't play just the first loop after recording when you switch from record to play.
it's VERY annoying if you just recorded a 4 bars long single note pad, as you ll have to wait for 4 bars before hearing your pad back. I can reproduce it easily.
