Stage Monitor's/Amp for keyboards/synths...

I have a juno, korg ms2000, and matrix1000, what should i use for an amp on stage, im with a rockish band...

maybe something with tubes to warm up everything...

Why not just plug into house PA and sit a monitor next to you? Looking specifically for distinct tube type sound?

hey cbass,

I'm no keyboardist, but in my many years of experience I would suggest something light and easy 2 carry.
I would take a good small mixer (phonic, mackie,... with monitor & main out like phonic MM 1202)
and 2 road-ready small (10") active stagemonitors (for stereo monitoring),
or my be a small stereo tube poweramp like mesa boogie 50/50 with 2 passive monitors.
(rack-mixer and rack-poweramp, fx???)
this should be more than loud enough with a nice sound.

no, it should sound warm when it hits the amp, the last thing you want is a guitar type amp that's made to color the sound. If you get a 'warm' tube amp your mixes will not sound like you made them at home, it'll sound bad.

Look for keyboard monitors and general PA equipment.
