I always forget to mention this one but its been buggin' me for some time now, so I'll report it here.
Does anyone know why waveforms in Live (Some) sometimes appear lopsided ?
I mean I noticed this again when I was busy working on cutting some audio recordings. Inside my audio editor the waveforms looked normal (What I would expect them to look like), but when they were analysed by Live, they were lopsided and uneven (even though they were mono, they appeared more below than above and not centre in the display...)
I think this should be looked at. Is there an explanation ableton ?

Yeah ... thanks for responding longjohns.
See I noticed this ages ago (Version 5) but since it didn't actually affect the sound I never thought of reporting it.
For me its when I look at the waveform (Certain types) in my external editor that I noticed Live was displaying them weird.
To be honest I trust the wave editor more than I trust lives display, and I think something is slightly wrong here.
I wonder if many people have noticed (I doubt they would if they do all their editing inside live)
