well sure, i realize that.... im really looking to getting one, possibly sometime this week, but like i said in my post, i was just curious if anyone's here been using one with live and is happy with it :) ... im sure the application of it will vary from one guy to the next, for sure.... i just need to really justify spending $2,999 on a mixer :D

I love mine. The only thing I dislike is how close together the midi knobs are at the top. Its not so performance friendly there because I can't really grab a knob and twist. I've since gone to using outboard effects using the mixer's normal send and return effect knobs so I can have more tactile use.

The sound is TOP NOTCH. best in class for this type of thing. You can hear a distinct difference between the Xone mixers and everything else out there. Super clear, lots of snap, and clean low end (assuming your master files are good, too of course - my point of reference are files purchased off of beatport or made within Live (loops, samples, stuff like that)).

This is me performing with it when I opened for Beyer and Magda in LA two weeks ago:

pretty cool!

Yeah I've got one and i used it with CDJ and wax

i think its amazing the world is in your hands you can just do so much and worry about far less important things and worry more about what your doing and what tracks your playing
